QA - Salesforce / CRM - Finsimple

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Salesforce/CRM system. This includes testing, debugging, and validating the system to ensure it meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Test and validate the Salesforce/CRM system to ensure it meets our quality standards
• Identify and report defects and bugs in the system
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and improve the system
• Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure thorough testing of the system
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the development team to improve the system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of experience in software development and testing
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM system
• Strong knowledge of testing principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development ecosystem (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Java)
• Significant experience in web development environments (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
