Café Ambassador

As a Café Ambassador at Capital One, you will be the face of the company's mission to change banking for good. You will act as a high-end service specialist and a guide to digital banking, building a community by bringing Capital One's mission to life within a vibrant, modern community hub.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Natural Connector: Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment that serves as both a community space and a local coffee shop.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share the value of Capital One's products and services through genuine conversation rather than transactions.
• Simplify the Complex: Guide customers through the digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshooting tech challenges with ease.
• Facilitate Purposeful Impact: Host and support local events that promote financial health.
• Advocate & Problem-Solve: Advocate for customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a Culture Carrier: Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where every guest feels welcome.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
