As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping Jeeves find top talent. You will:
- Hunt for candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and university networks
- Build and manage the pipeline of applicants, ensuring that no strong candidate falls through the cracks
- Reach out to candidates, answer their questions, and provide a positive experience
- Schedule interviews, track feedback, and keep processes moving
- Own the candidate experience, ensuring that every candidate has a positive impression of Jeeves
- Track funnel performance and provide insights on what is working and what isn't
- Support employer branding and help sharpen job posts
We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, and genuinely interested in people. You should be fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese, and have experience with AI tools and technology.
Requirements:
- Currently studying, recently graduated, or making a career switch
- Based in Mexico City, Bogotá or São Paulo and able to work on a hybrid schedule
- English plus Spanish or Portuguese
- Fluent with AI tools
- Genuinely tech-savvy
- A strong writer
- Organized and comfortable with ambiguity
- Curious about fintech and how companies scale
Nice to have:
- Exposure to an ATS, CRM, or sourcing tool
- Experience in a student org, university career center, or club where you recruited people
- Built something that required convincing strangers to care
