Associate - Branch Service

Prudential Health India is seeking a Branch Service Associate to join their team in Delhi.

As a Branch Service Associate, you will handle day-to-day branch functioning, support sales, manage premium collection and reporting, and interact with customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting sales teams and contributing to business growth through cross-selling and lead generation
• Implementing process controls to mitigate risks
• Driving adoption of digital platforms for customer and distributor engagement
• Providing excellent customer and distributor service

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute
• Basic understanding of the financial services industry and branch insurance operations
• Experience in managing insurance operations (up to 3 years)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
