Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
You'll be working part-time, with shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 19:00 to 23:00. During the Christmas period, you may be required to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing five-star service to customers at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products
- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other
- Adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment and working across various areas of the store
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, although the exact salary range is not specified.
