Senior Marketing, PR and Communications Specialist (onsite/remote)

BeamNG is seeking a Senior Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist to join their Communications & Marketing team. This senior role involves leading creative marketing, PR, and communications initiatives from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own integrated marketing, PR, and communications campaigns across various channels
• Develop compelling messaging and campaign narratives for product updates, announcements, and community platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, creators, influencers, and community stakeholders
• Plan and execute initiatives that grow the audience, strengthen community engagement, and amplify major BeamNG beats
• Coordinate content production for promotional materials
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and competitor activity

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, or a comparable role, ideally in the gaming industry
• Excellent understanding of videogame marketing, games media, and digital audience development
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
• Proven experience planning and leading campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Discord, Steam, and related channels
• Strong PR skills, including media outreach, pitching, and coverage tracking
• Portfolio demonstrating successful player-centric campaigns and creative promotions

Nice to have:

• Passion for videogames and interest in automotive culture, simulation, or vehicle-based games
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment
• Previous experience working with an indie game development studio, publisher, or creator-focused organization
• Experience mentoring or leading marketing, PR, communications, or content contributors
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and workflows
• Basic familiarity with web development, HTML/CSS, or programming/scripting languages
