Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the technical strategy and execution of NVIDIA's Forward Deployed Engineering engagements across NVIDIA Nemotron and NVIDIA Cosmos.

This role involves working with multiple stakeholders, including NVIDIA, partners, and end customers, to deliver custom AI solutions at scale. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for each engagement, building trust and shared goals across parties, and automating program work using AI agents and tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting technical direction and serving as main point of contact for NVIDIA, partners, and end customers
• Building trust and shared goals across parties and ensuring alignment from first conversation to production
• Automating program work using AI agents and tools
• Working with FDEs and partner engineers to understand use cases, data, evaluation approaches, and post-training and deployment paths
• Shaping data and program strategies, making technical decisions, and surfacing issues earlier
• Defining processes and artifacts to make engagements repeatable and turning successful approaches into playbooks and templates
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, partner, and solutions teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in technical program management, solutions architecture, forward deployed engineering, or technical customer delivery
• Working knowledge of LLM post-training lifecycle, Python, cloud and GPU infrastructure
• Strong hands-on experience using AI agents and agentic workflows to run programs
• Experience working across open model, post-training and harness, and cloud provider ecosystems
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and decisions with incomplete information
• Clear communication of complex technical ideas

• Prior experience working with FDEs or in FDE engagements
