We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $95,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, along with sign-on and relocation bonuses. As a BCBA with our organisation, you will enjoy:

Our BCBAs work with clients across various settings, including homes, schools, and our state-of-the-art centres. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting intake evaluations and functional behavioural assessments
- Designing and implementing treatment plans
- Supervising and training behaviour technicians
- Providing support during family conversations and ensuring progress updates
- Analysing data and adjusting strategies as needed
To qualify, you will need:
- A valid BCBA certificate
- Experience working with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- A vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments
