This position is for a Manufacturing Security Specialist and focuses on delivering the security strategy and industry best practices across our Louisville, KY, manufacturing facilities.

The responsibilities include:

• Providing on-site support to the manufacturing team, assisting with security and fire operations for the plant
• Identifying and escalating physical security gaps through proactive security initiatives
• Assisting with investigations and overseeing day-to-day security operations
• Collaborating with internal Ford skill teams and external work partners to plan for and provide security coverage for special events
• Monitoring and analyzing trends related to property loss or theft of high-value components/intellectual property

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in law enforcement, military, or security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, strong problem-solving, and conflict management skills
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

The salary range for this position is $74,300-$124,500 or $86,600-$144,900 depending on the salary grade.
