Supply Planning Manager

The Supply Planning Manager manages and drives regional supply planning excellence to optimize inventory and service levels. A key operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand.

Responsibilities:

• Fease additional regional sell-in opportunities within blocked horizon.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems.
• Ensure on-time availability of product, developing action plans or alternatives for delayed product.
• Own and deliver key reports to cross-functional partners weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF.
• Provide monthly fill rates and corresponding root cause analysis.
• Drive local rework initiatives, ensuring OTIF delivery and identifying process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years Supply Chain planning related experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in supply planning role(s)
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
• Numerate, analytical, and a good problem-solver
• Inquisitive, resilient, someone who sees things through
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situations and changes in direction
