Development Director - EA SPORTS™ FC

Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Director to lead the FC Career Mode team. The successful candidate will build and manage effective cross-discipline teams, partnering with Producers to ensure project delivery is managed on time, to quality, and within budget.

The Development Director will be responsible for:

• Building and evolving effective teams
• Establishing and maintaining an overall project plan
• Managing the professional development plans and performance of direct reports
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Driving effective processes within the team
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to affect change

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of Project Management Experience
• 3+ years of People Management experience
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project scheduling, capacity planning, and risk management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Business, or a related field
