Executive - End User and Corporate network Support

Prudential is seeking an Executive to lead the End User and Corporate network Support team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will drive modernization of the workplace environment to increase productivity and efficiency, supporting the company's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain the planned layout, manage Site IT and End User IT assets across all India sites
• Manage the department's budget and resources effectively, including equipment purchases, software licenses, and maintenance contracts
• Evaluate and select third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers for network and IT-related projects and services
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, system updates, and troubleshooting procedures
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
• Foster collaboration with other departments, such as software development, infrastructure, and security teams
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and data loss
