We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Team Member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.
Job Details Starting hourly rate: $16.00 USD per hour Temporary additional pay: Eligible team members will receive a $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked (effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027)
About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will be part of a sales force of specialised consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
Requirements

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
