Intern, Customer Campaign & Repurchase

Prudential is seeking an intern to join their Customer Campaign & Repurchase team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting campaign-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform checking and follow-up on campaign enquiries to ensure timely responses.
• Investigate campaign reward appeals and prepare supporting information for review.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaign-related initiatives and system enhancements.
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing campaign communication materials.
• Support campaign fulfilment activities, including customer communications, reward crediting, and gift fulfilment.
• Support campaign reporting, monitoring, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to multitask.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
