As a Structured and Project Finance Lawyer, you will play a central role in delivering complex and high-profile financing transactions, advising lenders, sponsors, and developers across the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on the structuring, development, and financing of complex energy and infrastructure projects
- Drafting and negotiating key finance and project documentation
- Supporting clients on a broad range of transactions, including new project financings, refinancings, portfolio financings, and M&A
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
The team advises a broad range of clients, including UK and international banks, project sponsors, developers, private equity and infrastructure funds, energy companies, utilities, and renewable energy developers.
