As Night Manager at Morrisons, you will lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently through the night.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead with care: Support and inspire your team to put customers first, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for trade every morning.
- Manage your team: Take ownership of department scheduling, attendance, and resource planning.
- Develop your team: Train, coach, and build confidence across your colleagues.
- Drive performance and standards: Work collaboratively with other store managers to deliver against targets.
