Prudential is seeking a Risk Governance and Operational Risk Manager to establish and enhance the company's risk governance and operational risk management framework in compliance with regulatory, Group, and internal requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee operational and non-financial risk management processes, consolidate enterprise-wide risk information, and report key risk matters to senior management and committees to support effective risk oversight.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and promoting the company's risk governance and operational risk management framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, group standards, and internal policies.
• Overseeing operational and non-financial risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and response, and integrating cross-departmental risk information.
• Reporting key risk issues to senior management and relevant committees to strengthen risk supervision and internal control effectiveness.
