Network RDMA Algorithms Architect

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on networking solutions and end-to-end algorithms.
• Collaborate with a team to outline next-generation RDMA load balance and congestion control algorithms.
• Work on simulation environments and real hardware systems.
• Engage with research teams to develop Proof of Concepts using NVIDIA's technology.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience.
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• High motivation to learn and explore new fields.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compute and networking systems is an advantage.
• Attention to detail with a focus on building quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for system architecture, including CPU/GPU/Memory/Storage/Networking.
• Background in AI workloads.
