Production Phase Leader - MRC

We are seeking a talented Phase Leader to join our growing Master Rebuild Centre team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Production Phase Leader, you will work closely with technicians and trade assistants, coaching and developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies and complete required documentation
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians and trade assistants
• Ensure your team achieves its KPI's to deliver results
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end

Requirements:

• Relevant Mechanical Qualification is required
• Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products
• Experience in team supervisory capacity is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment
