Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Crystal Peaks Sheffield, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively as part of a team, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Contribute to a positive team culture
In this role, you'll work varying shifts including Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
