Service Agent Customer Centre (Porsche Experience Centre)

We are seeking a Service Agent to join our Customer Centre team at the Porsche Experience Centre in Leipzig. As a Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our national and international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our guests
• Ensure smooth service operations while adhering to quality standards
• Prepare and conduct conference catering events
• Assist with coffee bar operations
• Help with event preparation and wrap-up
• Manage daily guest catering accounts and order supplies for the service area

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant management
• Initial work experience (typically less than 2 years) in the gastronomy industry
• Good English language skills
• Independent work style and flexibility
• High team and customer orientation with a strong service attitude
