Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Swindon Orbital Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring you to work:
- Tuesday: 12:00-16:00
- Wednesday: 12:00-16:00
- Thursday: 12:00-16:00
- Saturday: 11:00-15:00
Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
