Head of Operations, Global Affairs

Electronic Arts is seeking a Head of Operations, Global Affairs to lead the Global Affairs operations team. The successful candidate will enable a 200-person Global Affairs organization comprising Legal, Business Development, Corporate Development, Governmental Affairs, Procurement, and other groups.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Business Officer, and the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs.
• Design and deliver a Global Affairs operations strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Lead and develop the Global Affairs Operations team.
• Manage the Global Affairs budget planning and management.
• Select and manage technology solutions to drive efficiency in the department.
• Partner with department leaders to manage outside counsels, technology providers, staffing providers, and managed services relationships.

Qualifications:

• Experience leading an operations function with 10+ years of operation experience across people, processes, and technology within a corporate or law firm setting.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong financial planning and management skills with experience in budget oversight and analysis.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Experience overseeing technology solutions and AI initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and drive alignment across functions.
