Description
We are seeking a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Flexi-Bank, a collaborative staff bank hosted by Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care needs of a specific group of people who use our services. You will also mentor, supervise, and teach qualified and unqualified staff, including students, and lead the care for a specified group of service users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the clinical management of a care package to an individual who uses our services
- Co-ordinating and monitoring the delivery of person-centered healthcare to a designated group of people who use our services
- Delivering individual and group therapy utilizing CBT skills
- Working as a member of the MDT in assessing and planning care and responding to changes in people who use our services' health
- Ensuring provision of the necessary physical care to help people who use our services
