Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department team at Parnall Law in Albuquerque, NM.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all our communications.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional brand image across all materials
• Design and update printed materials to effectively communicate the firm's message and enhance its market presence
• Create engaging digital content, including newsletters, social media graphics, and more
• Design visually appealing monthly newsletters that effectively communicate the firm's news, achievements, and articles of interest to clients and partners
• Develop innovative designs for brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials for events and community outreach programs
• Create informative infographics and presentations for both internal and external use
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines
• Coordinate with printers and other vendors to ensure quality production of materials

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred
• 2 years of experience in graphic design
• Ability to work on-site Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Fridays 8:00-4:00
• Ability to pass a background check

Performance Metrics:

• Attend firm huddles and mini huddles
• Meet deadlines for design tasks (95%+ delivered on time)
• Limit errors (0-3 per quarter)
• Design a monthly internal newsletter
• Store design assets correctly in shared folders
• Design and print 4 mission posters annually
• Complete approximately 20 design projects per quarter
• Maintain and update the brand style guideline
