Description
Are you at home in the creator world, know the latest social media trends, and want to be part of the Red Bull world?
You are highly communicative, a true organisational talent, and are eager to actively shape Creator Marketing, not just observe it.
Then you might be just right to support our Creator Marketing Team for 6 months starting January 2027.
In this role, you will assist us in managing our creator network, planning and implementing projects and events, and reporting and analysis.
You will also take responsibility for your own small projects and topics.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Creator Relations & Network
You will support the team in managing and developing our creator network and be in direct exchange with creators and management. You will research exciting new talents, keep an eye on the creator landscape and current social media trends, and help us identify the right personalities for Red Bull, our projects, and events.
Projects & Events
You will assist in planning, preparing, implementing, and following up on our creator projects and activations across the World of Red Bull. You will coordinate creator participation, assist with travel and hotel bookings, and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Own Projects & Responsibility
You won't just watch: you will take ownership of your own small projects and drive them forward with the team's support. From the initial idea and planning to approval with relevant stakeholders, implementation, and final reporting, you will gain practical experience in Creator Marketing.
Data, Tracking & Reporting
You will help us measure the success of our creator activities. You will maintain and analyse relevant creator and social media data, create monthly and project-related reports, and present the most important KPIs and learnings to the team.
Team Support & Creator Culture
You will support the Creator Marketing Team in daily business and assist with presentations, research, seeding, and organisational tasks. You will stay up-to-date with creator culture, bring new trends, platforms, formats, and personalities to the team, and share your own ideas and perspectives.
