CS Business Development, Agency Distribution, Consultant (12-month Contract)

We're seeking a CS Business Development, Agency Distribution, Consultant to motivate agents to sell CS business and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with agents to support and push CS business
• Develop business with agents
• Stay updated on market developments and deliver key initiatives to agents
• Provide professional and technical advice to agents and customers
• Monitor sales performances of assigned agents
• Offer coaching and training to support staff
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate with 8+ years sales experience, including 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial roles
• Good product knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage projects/events independently
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Tactful interpersonal skills
• Good presentation and team-building skills
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented

Preferred Requirements:

• License from Insurance Authority (IA) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA)
