Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst for Phantom Works located in Mesa, AZ. As a Manufacturing Operations Analyst, you will conduct assessments of processes and practices, analyze and interpret data, and provide feedback on assessment results. You will work with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise to the work cell team on resolving production issues
• Utilize tracking systems to document and communicate production issues
• Conduct assessments of processes and practices
• Analyze and interpret data to identify root causes and trends
• Coordinate and facilitate multi-function group meetings
• Develop strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives
• Implement strategies and plans
• Support integrated scheduling and overhead spending
• Manage long lead material storage and consumption
• Track calibrated tools and assign asset tags

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Project
• 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment
• Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
• Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
• 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data

The salary range for this position is $111,350 - $150,650.
