Description
WSP is seeking a Project Manager for its Columbia, MD office.
The successful candidate will manage design consultants and construction contractors' projects for water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, water/wastewater treatment plants, and pumping stations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing capital improvement projects, including project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinating project designers and construction managers' activities
- Permit coordination
- Providing technical presentations to project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of experience in project/construction management of water treatment facilities, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with design and construction practices and principles
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment facilities, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities systems
- Experience with data and information systems management
- Familiarity with web-based document management systems such as e-Builder, Unifier, and CM-14
- Ability to support scheduling for a program of multiple projects

The expected salary range for this position is $100,800 - $133,600 per year.
