We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in Ely, Cambridgeshire, on a fixed-term assignment. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for customers, providing excellent customer service, and supporting your colleagues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the store for the day ahead by restocking shelves and ensuring the workspace is tidy
- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor
- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas
- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely
- Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues when needed

Working Conditions:
- Fixed-term assignment with 37 contract hours per week
- Availability required from 22:00 to 08:00, Monday to Sunday
