Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Toms River. This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its products
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and set proper brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with Account Sales Managers
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPIs
• Support the team with audits, blitz, and merchandising

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory
• English; additional languages an advantage

Salary

• $19.95 to $22.05 per hour
