Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
We are looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Provide style advice and excellent customer service
- Operate in a high-demand environment, balancing speed and accuracy
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive store environment and support your colleagues
- Adapt to changing situations and priorities
This is a part-time, Christmas-only role, with flexible shifts including Wednesdays to Saturdays, 15:30-19:30.
