Description
We are a Ukrainian company that develops and manufactures security systems. Our production is supported by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished products, testing, and finished products, as well as an experimental technology department and a quality control department. Modern SMT and conveyor lines are installed at the production facility, key processes are automated, and production capacity is constantly being increased. Main responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-production checks of printed circuit boards.
- Escalate problems promptly to the development and automation teams during initial product launches.
- Assess risks, validate, and improve tools and equipment used in production processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve product design and technological design issues.
- Perform DFM/DFA product analysis.
- Evaluate and analyze mechanical, plastic, and metal properties (material properties, industrial nomenclature).
- Participate in analyzing issues that delayed the timely release of a planned batch of new products.
- Develop layouts.
- Ensure production has relevant technological documentation that meets company standards and enables production goals to be achieved.
- Provide production with process and technical conditions to ensure repeatability of production operations.
- Describe all processes, methods, and metrics necessary for smooth production operation.
- Make effective proposals for optimization, having previously assessed them for hidden risks.
- Implement new/innovative processes, optimize/refactor existing production processes.
Requirements:
- Full higher education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with SMT equipment.
- Experience creating and preparing working files for SMT equipment.
- Basic knowledge of physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
- Knowledge of the NPI process.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Knowledge of Root cause, 6-sigma, and Fishbone Diagram analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO and NPS standards.
