Global Mobility Coordinator

Job Overview

As a Global Mobility Coordinator at Anthropic, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's mission by enabling employees to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for business travel compliance, entity transfers, relocations, international assignments, and short-term placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business travel compliance cases end-to-end, including business visas, posted worker and social security obligations, and documentation.
• Support employees through relocations and assignments, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the process.
• Execute entity transfers, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders.
• Respond to global mobility questions from employees, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Hold providers accountable for their commitments and identify areas for improvement.
• Take on project work as the mobility programs grow, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience working in global mobility, with a focus on business visas, relocation, and mobility tax.
• Demonstrated responsiveness and ability to communicate complex information simply.
• Experience with process improvements and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with entity transfers, business travel compliance, and Social Security notifications.
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, or Jira.
• Hands-on experience using Claude or other LLM tooling.
• Experience at a rapidly growing startup.

Compensation

The annual compensation range for this role is $135,000-$180,000 USD.
