As a Production Supervisor-MP&L, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

Responsibilities

  • Coach safety, quality, and productivity to meet objectives through standardized work.
  • Monitor and respond to andon occurrences as a secondary support.
  • Verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts through Process Confirmation.
  • Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem resolution.
  • Communicate and recognize team achievements.
  • Develop Team Leaders and Team Members.
  • Create a conducive work environment for the team.
  • Oversee daily material handling functions.
  • Ensure proper material flow from receiving dock to production line feed location.
  • Provide direction and support for material handling responsibilities.
  • Support Ford Production System and synchronous material flow through lean manufacturing practices.
  • Lead and manage unionized hourly personnel.
  • Ensure flawless introduction of new parts to production.
  • Implement the Engineering Change Process effectively.
  • Identify and correct data gaps in CMMS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

This position is a salary grade 7, ranging from $84,480-$141,360 per year.
