As a Production Supervisor-MP&L, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.
Responsibilities
- Coach safety, quality, and productivity to meet objectives through standardized work.
- Monitor and respond to andon occurrences as a secondary support.
- Verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts through Process Confirmation.
- Support Continuous Improvement and coach problem resolution.
- Communicate and recognize team achievements.
- Develop Team Leaders and Team Members.
- Create a conducive work environment for the team.
- Oversee daily material handling functions.
- Ensure proper material flow from receiving dock to production line feed location.
- Provide direction and support for material handling responsibilities.
- Support Ford Production System and synchronous material flow through lean manufacturing practices.
- Lead and manage unionized hourly personnel.
- Ensure flawless introduction of new parts to production.
- Implement the Engineering Change Process effectively.
- Identify and correct data gaps in CMMS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, or relevant experience.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

This position is a salary grade 7, ranging from $84,480-$141,360 per year.
