Description
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide an excellent customer experience for our existing customers. This involves collaborating with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the business achieves revenue targets, improves customer satisfaction scores, and drives process improvement.
The Customer Relationship Executive will engage with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on a daily basis to process requests, review legal and pricing documents, manage customer billing and invoicing, and ensure attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the field sales team and internal stakeholders to serve customers and ensure a seamless experience
- Be a direct point of contact for customers, handling incoming queries, updating product configurations, and managing user access
- Ensure data hygiene management within the CRM system, maintaining accurate customer accounts and communication records
Requirements:
- Customer-first mindset and ability to deliver results on time
- Past experience working in a B2B environment with high-value corporate clients
- Strong administrative background and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Keen eye for detail to deliver high-accuracy results
