Trainee Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Trainee Quality Assurance to join our Quality team in Kruiningen.

As a Trainee Quality Assurance, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow into a Quality Professional.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the assurance of food safety and quality of our products and process quality
• Identifying areas for improvement and initiating proposals for QA-related matters
• Learning to implement and input data into our quality management system
• Actively participating in internal audits
• Being willing to work in shift service (5 shifts) to gain a better understanding of our processes
• Creating a personal development plan to progress towards a staff function

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed HBO education, preferably in Food Technology
• Affinity with working in a production environment, particularly in the food industry
• Proactive, communicative, eager to learn, and confident
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including in English
