Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We offer competitive compensation, including a salary of USD 20-28 per hour, flexible hours, and a schedule that allows for work-life balance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Commute to locations with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective English communication, verbal and written
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
