Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work varied shifts including Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilize digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
