Description
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician at 3M's Nevada, MO site, you will diagnose, test, repair, and adjust various systems, including AC and DC motors, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems. You will also perform preventive maintenance tasks, use proper metal joining techniques, and operate shop equipment.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years of industrial manufacturing technician experience. Additional qualifications, such as an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance and Automation, PLC and automated manufacturing equipment knowledge, and experience with electrical and tolerance measuring devices, are desired.
The starting rate of pay for this position is $31.44 - $39.72 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This position operates on a rotating crew schedule, which offers additional earning opportunities.
