Junior Rayonmanager (Sales Activator)

We are looking for a Junior Rayonmanager (Sales Activator) to join our team in the Tilburg, Breda, or Zeeland region.

As a Sales Activator, you will be responsible for managing relationships with retail, petrol, and cash & carry channels. You will ensure that the Red Bull portfolio is well-represented in customer outlets and that actions are sold with charm and persuasion.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with supermarket and petrol station managers
• Sell actions with natural charm and ensure the Red Bull portfolio is well-represented in customer outlets
• Plan and organise your own agenda, with a target of 8 visits per day
• Collaborate with the Striker in your region to align visits and plan meetings, trainings, and projects
• Maintain administration and accurately input data into the Red Bull CRM system
• Communicate effectively and quickly switch between customers and headquarters
• Work as part of a national team, with regular contact with colleagues

Requirements:

• Completed HBO or WO education (or equivalent)
• Living in the Tilburg, Breda, or Zeeland region
• Affinity with sales
• Eager to learn and develop in the retail & petrol industry
• Proactive and flexible, with strong planning and organisational skills
• Valid driver's license B
• Fluent in Dutch and English
