This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Claims Team as a Retail Case Manager in IP and TPD, based in Sydney or Melbourne.

The Opportunity:

  • Manage a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes.
  • Manage priorities to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.

Requirements:

  • Previous claims assessing experience in Life, Workers Compensation and/or Health Insurance.
  • Maintain quality stakeholder management/relationships.
  • Demonstrate a Customer First Approach.
