Inventory Admin (R5850)

Shield AI is seeking an Inventory Admin with experience in inventory control. This is a full-time warehouse position requiring daily communication and coordination with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records in Costpoint (ERP)
• Conduct cycle counts of material, equipment, or supplies
• Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
• Transfer parts received from Production and stock inventory
• Complete parts transfers in Costpoint (ERP)
• Issue parts to Maintenance and other customers
• Issue kits, material, and equipment or supplies to production
• Verify returned kits inventory for accuracy and condition
• Stock inventory in designated locations
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Support kit builds, packouts, and operational equipment staging
• Assist with deployments and demo preparation

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of Inventory Clerk experience with ERP
• Ability to work 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
• 1 year of work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role
• Excellent math and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and prioritize tasks
• Personal accountability and integrity
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of ERP inventory experience
• Forklift Operator Certified
• Experience with RFID scanner inventory systems
• Manufacturing experience
• MS Office experience

• Salary: USD 21-32 per-hour-wage
