Description
We are seeking a legal intern to join our NYC team for a 10-week summer experience. As a legal intern, you will work with lawyers in the department on commercial transactions, including advertising, and labor and employment, privacy and compliance matters. You will report to the Assistant General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Research
- Draft and review commercial contracts
- Draft memoranda
- Work on special projects for the legal department
- Attend client meetings and negotiations
Requirements:
- One or two years of law school completed (first or second-year law student)
- Superb interpersonal, presentation, and written skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute tasks while following critical project timelines
- Demonstrated interest in commercial transactional law in the advertising and media space
