Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Staffing Bank based on the wards at Spire South Bank Hospital.
The successful candidate will support the assessment of patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs, and provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information.
The ideal candidate will be NMC registered with a minimum of 1 month's post-graduation hospital experience, have a surgical or acute setting background, and excellent communication, organisation, and patient care skills.
Responsibilities
- Support in assessing patients' health and well-being
- Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
- Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others
- Promote best practice in health and safety and security
- Assist in maintaining and developing services
Requirements
- NMC registered
- Minimum of 1 month's post-graduation hospital experience
- Surgical or acute setting background
- Excellent communication, organisation, and patient care skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
Working Hours
- Early, late, or long days between 8am-8pm
- Saturdays 8:30-12:30
