As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
The role involves working part-time hours on Saturdays and Sundays, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods in December.
