Technology Expert/Sales Assistant

As a Technology Expert/Sales Assistant, you will be the central point of contact for our customers regarding questions about Porsche Connect, E-Performance, and digital vehicle functions. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting vehicle explanations, second deliveries, and technology training sessions
• Supporting the management in sales planning, reporting, and controlling
• Creating and maintaining evaluations, statistics, and key performance indicators
• Assisting with general activities within the sales process
• Developing contributions and communication measures around Porsche E-Performance and general topics at the Porsche Zentrum

Requirements:

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Enthusiasm for automobiles, innovative technologies, and the Porsche brand
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanour
• Strong organisational skills and structured work approach
• Affinity for digital systems and modern IT applications
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
• First experiences in sales administration, customer service, event management, or the automotive environment are beneficial
