(German Speaking) Talent Pool Bolzano – Sales & Account Management (all genders)

You're joining a motivated, international, and high-performing team at Holidu's Bolzano office, serving the South Tyrol market. This Talent Pool is for future opportunities in Sales and Account Management. We're open to various seniority levels, from interns to experienced professionals and team leads.

Your role could include: Sales

• Identifying and reaching out to vacation rental owners via cold calling
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Driving revenue growth by consistently achieving targets
• Traveling within your region to meet partners and gain market insights
• Contributing to local events and initiatives to grow Holidu's presence

Account Management

• Being the main point of contact for hosts using our platform in South Tyrol
• Supporting partners during onboarding and ensuring a smooth go-live process
• Advising hosts on optimizing their performance and growing their business
• Building long-term relationships through regular check-ins and business reviews
• Analyzing account performance and implementing data-driven improvements
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance partner experience
• Organizing networking and community events for hosts

We're looking for:

• Strong interest in Sales and/or Account Management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and target-driven mindset
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Near-native German and fluent English
• Italian language skills are a plus
• Driver's license
• Experience in sales, account management, tourism, or customer-facing roles is a plus
