We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Business Operations team, which supports a growing portfolio of programs across multiple vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the single source of truth for program scope, dependencies, risks, and decisions, ensuring teams stay aligned as conditions change.
  • Lead executive-level governance and decision-making by designing and running governance forums that drive clarity, accountability, and timely decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders without authority, building credibility, resolving conflicts, and aligning incentives.
  • Anticipate and manage risks proactively by identifying systemic risks early and driving mitigation plans.
  • Model strong program leadership behaviors, demonstrating clear thinking, decisive action, and calm execution under pressure.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated business operations experience.
  • 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs with competing priorities.
  • 3+ years operating autonomously in ambiguous environments, requiring judgment, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, translating strategy into execution plans, defining success metrics, and managing outcomes.
  • Experience establishing and using dashboards to drive decisions and communicate progress.
  • Strong executive communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Salary

This position is leadership level 6, with a salary range of $115,500-$218,100.
