We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Business Operations team, which supports a growing portfolio of programs across multiple vehicle platforms.
Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will:
- Serve as the single source of truth for program scope, dependencies, risks, and decisions, ensuring teams stay aligned as conditions change.
- Lead executive-level governance and decision-making by designing and running governance forums that drive clarity, accountability, and timely decisions.
- Influence stakeholders without authority, building credibility, resolving conflicts, and aligning incentives.
- Anticipate and manage risks proactively by identifying systemic risks early and driving mitigation plans.
- Model strong program leadership behaviors, demonstrating clear thinking, decisive action, and calm execution under pressure.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated business operations experience.
- 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs with competing priorities.
- 3+ years operating autonomously in ambiguous environments, requiring judgment, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
- Demonstrated business acumen, translating strategy into execution plans, defining success metrics, and managing outcomes.
- Experience establishing and using dashboards to drive decisions and communicate progress.
- Strong executive communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Salary
This position is leadership level 6, with a salary range of $115,500-$218,100.
