We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Sephora Akasya, Istanbul. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating expert artistry skills, and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting emotional connections with customers
- Demonstrate expert artistry skills and promote the Charlotte Tilbury brand
- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with team members and management to contribute to a sense of teamwork
- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
- Adapt approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to achieve success
- Follow company grooming standards
Requirements:
- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting style to different customers with different needs
